Before deploying to Iraq, I was weapons certified by the DIA. I was certified on the M9 and M4, my weapons card only has M9 listed for whatever reason, I’m not sure, doesn’t matter. The United States Government found me fit to carry a loaded weapon overseas in Iraq, less than 2 years later, CIA shrinks found me unfit for duty due to “psychological conditions.”
Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Employee Assistance Program Documents
Each Federal Agency has an Employee Assistance Program. These EAP programs should not be trusted by employees, they can and will release information they deem “of concern” to your supervisors. If you work in the Intelligence Community and get EAP counseling you could lose your security clearance. It is smarter to get your own mental health professional, pay some extra money, get competent treatment and avoid any of these so-called Government EAP programs.
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) produces a lot of propaganda touting the benefits of EAP. Again, I recommend you avoid going to the government for any of your mental health needs. I know private mental health treatment can be quite expensive but you get what you pay for. If you are a Federal employee, you’ve already got better health insurance than most Americans, fork over the extra dollars, don’t be stupid and confide in an EAP counselor. EAP is another Federal Government make work program for unqualified mental health professionals.

I received the DIA’s EEO memo upon my Entry on Duty, October 30, 2006. These memos are standard around the Government, as in most Private Companies. EEO is broken throughout the Federal Government because the agencies regulate themselves.
Director of National Intelligence Diversity Memo
I received this Director of National Intelligence Diversity memo upon my Entry on Duty at the Defense Intelligence Agency on October 30, 2006. These letters are standard and each director issues a similar letter when they begin their terms, stressing the need for diversity. The Intelligence Community lags behind the rest of the United States Government in recruiting, retaining and promoting qualified women and minorities.
Central Intelligence Agency Medical Director Envelope
CIA requested additional health information from me during my recruitment process. This letter was sent to me from the Office of CIA’s Medical Director. I believe I gave the letter that was enclosed to my primary care physician for completion, I do not have a copy.
20505 is a known CIA zip code and this letter was mailed to me by CIA, revealing I was under consideration for CIA employment before I started working. CIA is supposed to protect the future cover of CIA National Clandestine Service applicants during the recruitment process but the bureaucracy often fails to do so. My cover was also blown by CIA in October of 2009 (and continuously after by CIA staff) following my car accident and suspension from CIA employment.
DD1 refers to Dulles Discovery a CIA facility responsible for processing applicants. CIA applicants undergo Medical and Polygraph screening at the DD1 facility.
