Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Voice Mail Recordings

These files include recordings of voice mails left by my former CIA Case Officer Ms. Sheila Hall, CIA Office of Medical Services Chief of Daily Operations Dr. Sally Ann Urbanczyk, PhD and CIA Psychiatrist Dr. Mary Elizabeth Newman, M.D.

CIA Staff subjected me to repeated harassing phone calls throughout my termination process. When I did not answer, CIA Staff left voice mails. I purchased a Sony IC voice recorder to make a record of CIA voice mails for future reference. CIA staff called me many more times than this sample of voice mails indicate. CIA placed me on administrative leave, thus I was often available to answer my cell phone when CIA called.
The first file is a static file, test I made on Sony IC voice recorder. Click on highlighted file, download to your computer and play with audio player on your computer. Comment or contact me if you have any issues accessing files.

Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Psychiatrist Dr. Gary L. Litovitz Report on Me

Attached is the report CIA psychiatrist and Medical Director of CIA’s Secret Psychiatric Prison, Gary L. Litovitz, M.D., Dominion Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia, submitted to CIA’s Office of Medical Services on me.

CIA ordered me to visit Dr. Litovitz following my initial imprisonment at CIA’s Secret Psychiatric Facility for a reevaluation on December 7, 2009. Dr. Litovitz diagnosed me as Psychosis Not Otherwise Specified, concurring with the original assessment of CIA psychiatrist Richard L. Roth, my attending physician at Dominion Hospital.

Dr. Litovitz’s report formed the basis for CIA’s decision to find me unfit for duty for “psychological conditions.” Dr. Sally Ann Urbanczyk, Chief of Daily Operations in CIA’s Mental Heal Division, insisted I see Dr. Litovitz despite my protestations of being uncomfortable meeting another psychiatrist associated with Dominion Hospital.

My Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Appointment Schedule 2008

Attached is my 2008 CIA appointment schedule. This is often referred to as the CIA’s 3-day, because it involves three days of interviews. Applicants progress to this stage of the National Clandestine Service’s (NCS) recruitment process after successfully completing the NCS’s phone interview screening, attending the NCS information session at a hotel in the DC-Metro area and an in-person interview with a current or former CIA Case Officer/Operations Officer.

Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Intelligence Community (IC) Acronym List

Federal bureaucrats love acronyms and the IC has its own unique set of acronyms. Government bureaucrats can hold a conversation using only acronyms. I often use acronyms in my posts and my twitter account, @wlynnae. Attached is a sheet containing common IC acronyms for the public’s reference. Feel free to contact me if you come across an undefined acronym not listed on the attached sheet.
